Founder Noel Casey is Originally From Dundalk Co Louth, He Learned his Craft for three Years in Switzerland Followed by ten Years Within the trust House Forte Group & Then The Coq Hardi Restaurant in Ballsbridge, Dublin.

Noel & Rita then Moved to Cavan in 1981 & Seen an opening for a quality Family Restaurant. In 1994 they opened Casey’s Family ran Steakbar and from there it went from Strength to Strength offering a place for a Relaxed Meal in a Friendly Atmosphere.
